Heerlen, 29/04/2021 – DocMorris expands its management team: Dr. Ulrich Thomé (46) will be appointed to the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in the Germany segment of the Zur Rose Group as of 1 May 2021.

The recently established role advances the paradigm shift initiated at DocMorris from drugs retailer to digital healthcare provider: Ulrich Thomé will be responsible for developing and providing DocMorris’ digital healthcare ecosystem as well as high-grade and scalable platform solutions in the Germany segment. Ulrich Thomé will also focus on expanding strategic cooperation projects and partnerships with various stakeholders in the German market.

More recently, Ulrich Thomé was responsible for the Sales and Marketing operations in his capacity as board member of ARZ Haan AG, one of the leading service providers in billing, financial services and software solutions for healthcare providers. Thomé, who has a doctorate in business administration, previously held the position of managing director of BFS health finance GmbH, a billing service provider for healthcare professions, on behalf of the Bertelsmann subsidiary Arvato as well as working as a corporate consultant.
